In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Jade Nutright, operated by Jade Pharmaceuticals, based in Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan. “You” means anyone who visits our website or buys from us (the “Services”).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us correct and complete information, including your name, phone number and delivery address.

3. Products and Health Information

• Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for a balanced diet or professional medical advice.
• Our products and the information on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Always read the label and follow the directions on the pack.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may confirm your order by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel an order, we will try to inform you using the contact details you gave us.

Orders are for personal or household use only, not for resale.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. The order amount is payable to the delivery rider when you receive your parcel.
• Promotions may have their own terms. If a promotion’s terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s terms apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it looks tampered with or damaged, tell us within 48 hours as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Please keep your phone available so the courier can reach you. Repeated refused or unreachable deliveries may lead us to decline future COD orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled only in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Jade Nutright name, logo, product names, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to Jade Nutright / Jade Pharmaceuticals or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any part of it without our written permission.
